Message	on the timing belt cover as it probably has been for the past 18yrs lol but if you want a cleaner look or believe that since its so hot in the engine bay and rather move it out of the engine bay to somewhere cooler, then relocation is ok too. But I personally don't believe its very necessary. One thing you might want to consider before relocating is "how old and brittle is your EFI harness" because the last thing you want to do is mess up the wiring of the EFI harness. What I mean by that is it has to be unwrapped all the way to the CAS and the harness there maybe be brittle and formed in a way with that CAS that you dont want to mess up any connections there.
